It was Twiggy’s birthday today, but Twiggy wasn’t very happy because none of her friends or family had wished her a "Happy Birthday".

Furthermore, even on WeChat no one said “Happy Birthday.”  In the afternoon she was quite upset. She thought, “Why hasn’t anyone said Happy Birthday to me?” 

 

In the evening, she went home wishing at least one person had said, “Happy Birthday.” When she opened the front door the lights were all out and it was very dark. She had to search for the light switch. Finally, she found the light switch and turned on the light…

 

“Surprise! SURPRISE!”

“IT’S YOUR BIRTHDAY!”

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY!”

 

Inside her house were all of her friends and family! They had planned a surprise birthday. Twiggy was happy and surprised. They all sat around the birthday cake and sang the birthday song, “♫ ♫ ♫ It’s Your Birthday, It’s Your Birthday, It’s Your Birthday! It’s Your Birthday, It’s your Birthday Today!♫ ♫ ♫”

今天是特威格的生日，但特威格并不是很高兴，因为她的朋友和家人都没有祝她生日快乐。此外，即使在微信上，也没有人对她说过“生日快乐”。

到了下午，她心里很不安，心想，“为什么没有人对我说’生日快乐’呢？”

晚上，她回到家，心里希望至少有一个人说“生日快乐”。当她打开门时，家里的灯都没亮，很黑。她不得不寻找电灯开关。最后，她找到了电灯开关，打开了电灯…

 

“惊喜！惊喜！”

“今天是你的生日！”

“生日快乐！”

在她面前，是她所有的朋友和家人，原来他们准备了一个惊喜的生日派对。特威基又高兴又吃惊。他们围坐在生日蛋糕旁，唱起了生日歌。“♫ ♫ ♫今天是你的生日，今天是你的生日，是你的生日！今天是你的生日，是你的生日！♫ ♫ ♫”.
