Burt the frog loved to exercise. Every day, he’d go out to the pond and he’d do his exercise. First, he’d swim across the pond, then he’d jump on and off the lily pads. After that, he would catch bugs with his tongue. They liked to fly above his head. During Burt’s exercise, the fish under the water gave Burt encouragement.

Throughout his exercise Burt could feel he was getting stronger. Until finally, Burt was the strongest frog in the entire pond. Burt was very proud of himself, he said: “Whoop-di-doo and Hee-Ha-Hu, I’m a very strong frog.”

青蛙Burt很喜欢锻炼。每天，他出门去池塘锻炼身体。首先呢，他会游过整个池塘，然后从睡莲叶子上跳上跳下，之后呢，他会用舌头玩捉虫子，虫子们着实喜欢在他头顶飞来飞去。Burt锻炼的时候，水里的鱼儿也给他加油鼓劲。

经过锻炼，Burt感觉自己变得越来越强壮了。最后，他变成了整个池塘里最强壮的那只蛙。Burt觉得很自豪，他说：“呜啦啦啦，嘿哈哈呼 ，我是一只强壮的青蛙啦！”
