Once upon a time in Africa, there was a lion who was always angry he had no friends. Every day, he would walk around and “ROAR! RAWWW!”. Everyone around him would run away because they were scared.

The lion didn't understand why he had no friends, so he asked his mother “Mom, why don’t I have any friends?”

​

She said, “ Well, you are always so angry, you never smile and you always ROAR! Maybe you’ll have more friends if you smile more and ROAR less?”

​

So, the lion tried this, he walked around and he smiled. He realized he had lots of new friends because he was so much nicer.

 在非洲，有一头小狮子，他总是很生气，也没朋友。每天，他就走来走去，一边走还一边“吼吼吼”地咆哮 。身边的动物们只好都跑开了，因为他们实在是害怕得很。

 小狮子不明白为什么他就是没朋友。他问妈妈：“妈妈，我为啥没有朋友呢？”

​

妈妈说：“因为啊，你总是很生气的样子，你也不笑，还有你喜欢吼叫。如果你能多笑一笑，少吼一吼，也许会有更多朋友呢！”

​

因此啊，小狮子试了试，他一边走着，还面带微笑。他意识到，当他更加友善的时候，他就有了很多新朋友。
