Out in the Wild West of America life was dirty, difficult and dang dangerous. It was also exciting and, if you were lucky, you could become a famous cowboy.  

 

This here is the tale of one such famous cowboy, Mr. Wyatt “Butterfingers” Fogel, the fastest gun in the whole state of Arizona.  

 

Wyatt was a sheriff and his job was to protect citizens of the state and to stop outlaws from doing dirty, bad deeds. Wyatt was a smart sheriff.  He had a special trick up his sleeve. Every time he had to confront an outlaw in a shootout he’d take a big ole stick of butter and rub it all over his fingers.  His butterfingers made shooting his gun faster and with less friction.  When all the outlaws heard “Butterfingers” was coming they ran for the hills.

“Butterfingers” was sheriff of the great state of Arizona for over 20 years and he captured more than 300 outlaws, making him the greatest sheriff ever.
