College had been an exciting, but challenging, time for Teresa. Now that she had graduated she wanted to take a year to explore the world. She had spent so many years working and studying hard that she wanted time to find out what the world had to offer. As a graduation gift her parents promised to buy her a one-way ticket anywhere she wanted to go.  Now Teresa had to decide where to start.

 

“Should I go to Africa? Or Asia?  Or Europe? Or South America? Or Australia?  Where should I go?”

 

Teresa started to get anxious because she had too many choices, she didn’t know which one to pick! Fortunately, her best friend Andrea gave her a great piece of advice.  She said, “Sometimes the destination doesn’t matter, it’s the journey that’s important.”

 

Teresa was inspired, and what she did next was wonderful.  She took the first step on her adventure and bought a plane ticket.

德丽莎受到启发，她做了一件很棒的事：她买了一张飞机票，迈出了冒险的第一步。
